video preview

Jeremy's life was marked by the challenges of a severe stutter and a passion for drumming that became his escape. Caitlin's upbringing was immersed in Haitian culture and the world of beauty.

In 2016, Jeremy faced a life-altering crisis, leading him on a 178-day walk across America. Meanwhile, Caitlin's path would serendipitously cross with Jeremy's, resulting in a profound connection.

Their journey led to the creation of Beats from the Core, a "people-building facility" that uses drumming as a tool for personal transformation and empowerment.

Together, they're changing lives and impacting communities through their drum school.

Discover their projects, including Tribe Performance and Beats for a Cause, and get a sneak peek of Jeremy's upcoming book, "The Way of the Wandering Monk."

Learn about the impact of Beats from the Core and the life lessons that can inspire anyone on their path to self-discovery and personal growth.
