As a Social entrepreneur and business coach for the last 10 years, I've learned that starting and running a nonprofit business is truly a labor of love.
Whether you're just starting out or you've had a social enterprise for years, questions about income and salary amounts always come up in our coaching calls.
At first, many of my clients will dance around the subject, but once we get into the nitty-gritty and they realize that yes you can pay yourself, there becomes a natural ease to the conversation.
Although I explain whether or not you CAN pay yourself or not along with how much. I'm also sharing one key thing you need to determine before you decide any of this!
